Abstract Multilateral electrophysical and electrochemical studies of new composite materials PANI@GO, Ni‐PANI@GO, Mn‐PANI@GO were carried out in comparison with GO PANI monomaterials. The samples characterized by using complementary techniques such as SEM, EDX, PXRD, XPS, FT‐IR, Raman, UV–vis spectroscopy. Frequency dependences complex resistance, dielectric permittivity, conductivity bulk PANI@GO investigated. constant at low frequencies is quite high samples, it 6244, 3887, 17802, for Mn‐PANI@GO, respectively. It was shown from Motta–Shottky plots that the studied exhibit n ‐type conductivity. values flat band potential, ranged −1.87 to −0.27 V. When metals are added composite, potential shifts towards more negative values, concentration charge carriers decreases.
