MXene, regarded as cutting-edge two-dimensional (2D) materials, have been widely explored in various applications due to their remarkable flexibility, high specific surface area, good mechanical strength, and interesting electrical conductivity. Recently, 2D MXene has served a ideal platform for the design development of electrocatalysts with activity, selectivity, stability. This review article provides detailed description structural engineering MXene-based summarizes uses hydrogen evolution reactions, nitrogen reduction oxygen methanol/ethanol oxidation. Then, key issues prospects next-generation fundamental research real-world electrocatalysis are discussed. Emphasis will be given material enhancement techniques. Finally, future directions suggested improve efficiency electrocatalysts.

Electrochemical biosensors have emerged as promising tools for the sensitive and rapid detection of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) T (cTnT), essential biomarkers diagnosis management cardiovascular diseases (CVD). This comprehensive review explores recent advancements in electrochemical biosensing strategies cTnI cTnT detection, focusing on antibody-based immunosensors, aptamer-based biosensors, integration nanomaterials microfluidic platforms. The biological aspects, diagnostic prognostic value, evolution assays are discussed detail. highlights remarkable performance achieving femtomolar to attomolar limits clinically relevant linear ranges. Signal amplification potential non-invasive monitoring using alternative biofluids also explored.
