Three new copper and nickel complexes were synthesized using N-alkylated imidazole as a ligand, characterized by NMR, FTIR, UV analysis, subsequently assessed absorbers to enhance the stability of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). PVC is widely used due its cost-effectiveness, resistance alkali acid corrosion, ease molding. However, susceptibility degradation under prolonged exposure poses significant challenge durability. To address this, study focuses on effect these stabilization films subjected 500 h irradiation at 25 °C. Analytical techniques, including IR spectroscopy, UV-visible weight loss SEM with EDX, employed evaluate films. The results demonstrated that C1 complex provided superior protection against UV-induced damage, significantly reducing decomposition, minimizing surface roughness, cracks, overall deterioration compared C2 C3 complexes, blank sample. exhibited highest efficiency, 91% reduction in degradation. Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was utilized optimize experimental results, further confirming outstanding performance stabilizing exposure.

Based 241 papers published peer-reviewed scientific publications within last ten years (2014–2024), we examined 248 natural or synthesized monomeric alkaloids have activity against Gram-positive Gram-negative microorganisms. their structure, chosen were divided into four groups: polyamine alkaloids, side chain, heterocycles, pseudoalkaloids. With MIC values less than 1 µg/mL, 91, 124, 125, 136–138, 163, 164, 191, 193, 195, 205 206 shown strong activity.
