Pesticides are a critical aspect of contemporary agriculture and significant driver agricultural intensification productivity. However, the overuse chemical pesticides in activities continues to be concern worldwide. The study is based on qualitative quantitative approaches, using personal interviews with 390 vegetable farmers Assam, India. A total amount 2573 kg pesticide-active ingredients was applied by per season, it observed that 68% exceeded recommended pesticide usage, an average rate 0.88 season.
