Objetivo: O estudo tem como objetivo analisar as relações entre os construtos em conjunto, sobre a Pandemia do COVID-19 (COV), inovação (IN), práticas ambientais (PA), ações sociais (AS) e qualidade de vida das pessoas (QV) nas empresas brasileiras, por meio uma survey. Método/abordagem: Utilizou-se um pré-teste com 20 respondentes, bem testes estatísticos para confiabilidade normalidade dos dados (Alfa Cronbach, Esfericidade Bartlett, Kaiser Meyer Olkin). Para análise utilizou-se Análise Fatorial Exploratória Regressão Linear Múltipla. Contribuições teóricas/práticas/sociais: Os resultados indicam que PA AS são fortemente influencias positivamente pela COV, assim COV influencia baixa intensidade IN. Outro fato importante resultado é influência negativa QV. Originalidade/relevância: A principal contribuição da pesquisa reside na proposição modelo mensuração o dados.
