The solution for an error-free and cost-effective operation of complex administrative business processes, or rather, the effectiveness solution, is a very important issue in both profit-oriented non-profit sector. This because optimal automation processes high-priority purpose.Workflow most widely used modeling technique field information systems. There no process-based method among workflow-based methods applied elucidation, optimization work that systematically leads to workflow network structures. In this paper, after semi-systematic review on P-graph scientific literature, new means Pgraph based introduced various usage fields are explored.Based review, focusing keywords research potential revealed, specific field. The dynamic fuzzy extension justified fast method, with mathematical foundation presented model generation. The able handle not only process structure, but also, input, intermediate output documents, taking into account required available resources (qualitative quantitative) as well constraint parameters, bottlenecks features real processes.

The synergistic interaction between emergency management departments and enterprises constitutes a fundamental mechanism for mitigating the risks of technological accidents caused by natural disasters (Natech). efficacy this collaborative approach is impacted comprehensive risk analyses game government enterprise. Predicated on these premises, evolutionary analysis government–enterprise collaboration in coping with Natech was carried out. Firstly, an model constructed. Secondly, stability strategy (ESS) developed. Finally, strategies were substantiated through numerical simulations. findings revealed that at lower levels risk, will choose low investment capacity building, delayed disposal. Under moderate increase their investments if persist strategies, react proactively investment. high pattern strategic misalignment emerges two entities. This study contributes theoretical basis optimization risks.
