Abstract
The
main
purpose
of
this
systematic
review
was
to
examine
past
literature
focusing
on
the
potential
relationship
between
exercise
(or
physical
activity
or
cardiorespiratory
fitness
[CRF])
and
functional
brain
connectivity
in
healthy
adults.
Among
studies
meeting
purpose,
we
also
evaluated

Physical
activity

functioning
are
strongly
intertwined.
However,
the
causal
relationships
underlying
this
association
still
unclear.
