Urban economic development benefits from industrial agglomeration by enhancing efficiency, but it may also bring negative effects, such as environmental pollution. This research uses data 283 Chinese cities 2007 to 2019, and applies the Spatial Durbin Model investigate spatial effects of on carbon emission along with its impact mechanisms at various stages collaborative between manufacturing service sectors. The results indicate that: (1) upgrading industry consumption-oriented production-oriented has proved be conducive efficiency alleviating problems associated agglomeration. (2) exerts a spillover effect efficiency. Over time, degree reaches specific threshold, positively impacts within local area an inhibitory in neighboring regions. (3) urban agglomerations Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Pearl Delta regions, low-carbon pilot cities, demonstrate greater capacity enhance positive (4) Collaborative clustering fosters technological progress through domestic technology transfer green innovation. It mitigates mismatches labor capital, enhances land-intensive utilization optimizes resource allocation, ultimately leading improve contributes China's social transition towards future provides valuable insights for developing countries.

Fully analyzing the impact and role of digital inclusive finance on improvement renewable energy efficiency plays an important in realizing long-term sustainable development regional economy. This research undertakes a comprehensive empirical examination to investigate influence financial growth across 30 Chinese provinces cities, spanning from 2011 2021. The results demonstrate that advancement significantly improves energy. variations indicates while inclusion markedly enhances both eastern western areas, its remains negligible central region. In addition, our influencing mechanism show progress science technology, alongside effectiveness services, boosts beneficial effects enhancement efficiency. Furthermore, degrees innovation technology services act as singular threshold for Our study provides new evidence implications fully combination between efficiency, thereby promoting development.

Assessing the impact of new-type urbanization (NTU) on green technological innovation reveals how effectively policy fosters sustainable growth and advancement. This helps policymakers optimize strategies to promote eco-friendly align national efforts with broader environmental goals. Using panel data from 274 cities in China 2009 2021, this study regards a NTU pilot as quasi-natural experiment uses multi-period difference-in-differences (DID) method examine innovation. Its heterogeneous effects are examined perspective economic development, industrial structure, resource endowment, foundation innovation. Based this, structure research development (R&D) expenditure considered moderating variables analyse mechanism. The findings revealed that (1) has significantly improved level innovation; (2) promotes by optimizing improving R&D expenditure; (3) non-resource-based higher levels, advanced structures, solid for innovation, significant effects.

The widespread integration of robots has raised apprehensions about their influence on labourlabour welfare. Utilizing data from the China Labor-force Dynamic Survey (CLDS) spanning 2014 to 2018 and robot International Federation Robotics (IFR), we explore workers' health associated mechanisms. Contrary prevalent societal concerns, our study reveals that utilization substantially enhances worker health. Mechanistic tests demonstrate effectiveness in enhancing through task reallocation improvements work environment. Heterogeneity analysis indicates advantages may particularly benefit vulnerable groups, including those with physically demanding jobs, low-skilled workers, migrant populations. This fosters gradual development a "human-machine symbiosis" interaction between machines humans. Subsequent research demonstrated implementation is effective diminishing intensity alleviating negative anxiety among thereby mental By drawing evidence developing countries illuminate positive aspects forces creative destruction, offers micro-perspective for objectively evaluating intelligent applications It also provides instructive insights comprehensive assessment robot-human relationship.
