Micro-supercapacitor with tungsten nitride electrode has the potential to be used in bioelectronics for fast power supply. To explore the slow-release potential of indole oxygen-containing functional group derivatives in acidic media order to reduce their negative impact on environment. We investigated corrosion inhibition effect 5-Methoxy-indazole (MIA) and Methyl 1H-indazole-5-carboxylate (MIC) copper H2SO4 through electrochemical testing, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis, theoretical calculations. Research has found that MIA MIC exhibit excellent performance, with achieving an efficiency up 91.04%. SEM observed formed a protective film surface, effectively isolating corrosive medium. The adsorption behavior conforms Langmuir model, indicating coexistence chemical physical adsorption. Density theory calculations (DFT) molecular dynamics simulations (MD) further revealed mechanism imidazole derivatives, emphasizing for application media. When chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) of tantalum (Ta)-based barrier layers is done through silicon via (TSV), it necessary to control the rate selection copper (Cu) and Ta prevent formation dishing pit due rapid removal (RR) in compared outside via.
