Digital technology has shaped the way entrepreneurial process is driven, how ideas are generated, and innovation developed, exploited marketed. To better understand research on digital entrepreneurship process, calls for interdisciplinary studies between entrepreneurship. The current study addresses this call by examining role of founder’s start-up experience acquisition price venture, their importance in outcome exit. A total 742 ventures were analyzed answering two questions. Results show that entrepreneur’s much acquirer willing to buy them out can influence whether an entrepreneur will exit or not. findings have important implications entrepreneurs larger organizations seeking acquire innovative SMEs, indicating which firms watch when they intend new but fast-growing small ventures.
