To
achieve

maintain
a
competitive
advantage,
small
medium-sized
enterprises
(SMEs)
are
forced
to
constantly
reconfigure
their
business
models.
This
study
aims
broaden
the
understanding
of
role
model
innovation
(BMI)
plays
in
shaping
SMEs'
outcomes
how
strength
this
relationship
is
affected
by
persistence
chief
executive
officer
(CEO).
Drawing
upon
dynamic
capabilities
perspective
upper
echelons
theory
(UET),
we
argue
that
BMI
improves
mean
firm
performance.
However,
as

Abstract
Talent
policy
is
conducive
to
attracting,
motivating,
and
retaining
vital,
innovative
talents

take

A-share

GTI,

environmental

GTI.
