Environmental particulate matter (PM) exposure has been widely recognized for its significant adverse effects on human health. Monitoring PM levels is one of the essential parameters air quality assessment. However, mass concentration alone does not sufficiently explain toxicological impacts and This study highlights importance oxidative potential (OP) as a promising metric evaluating toxicity. It focuses standardizing dithiothreitol (DTT) assay tool OP measurement. In order to investigate impact various extraction techniques, reagent concentrations, conditions, four previously established protocols were tested without modification, while novel protocol was introduced based an extensive literature review. Results revealed strong positive correlations between new most protocols. These findings highlight significance in advancing development standardized methodologies applying DTT demonstrating reliability relevance. While developing involves addressing numerous parameters—from filter application—this research provides solid base achieving consistency measurements overcoming this critical issue.

COPD is a multifactorial illness characterized by long-term restriction of airflow and an inflammatory reaction in the lungs. The associated emphysema leads to breakdown alveolar proteins abnormal expansion lung air spaces. Chronic bronchitis caused same disease can result increased deposition structural proteins, narrowing airways, excessive mucus secretion leading acute exacerbation (AECOPD). most commonly prescribed medications for it, such as glucocorticoids bronchodilators, provide important therapeutic benefits, but they also have negative side effects, including immunosuppression infection. Small wind turbines (SWTs) are essential for harnessing renewable energy, particularly in developing regions where energy demands significant. They provide a sustainable solution to meet the critical needs of these areas. However, low Reynolds number (Re) airflow characteristics can pose challenges, making optimising airfoil shapes enhancing aerodynamic performance and capture. This study offers thorough analysis six different profiles within Re range 50k 500k. Modifications thickness-to-camber ratio (t/c) were strategically targeted improve efficiency structural viability. Using QBLADE software, we evaluated design alterations optimise lift coefficient (CL), drag (CD), stall angle attack (αstall) lift-to-drag (L/D). The paper represents numerical and experimental investigation of ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer which operation is based on three different vibration modes. Multi-frequency the allows to obtain sound pressure fields with patterns, intensities frequencies more flexible adjustable agglomeration process fine ultrafine. Results investigations have shown that modes at 25.83 kHz, 34.73 kHz 52.41 are suitable for acoustic generation. Severe air pollution problems continue to increase because of accelerated industrialization and urbanization. Specifically, fine particulate matter (PM2.5) causes respiratory cardiovascular diseases, according the World Health Organization (WHO), millions premature deaths significant health burdens annually. Therefore, PM2.5 concentration forecasting is essential. This study proposed a method forecast concentrations one hour after using Sequence-to-Sequence Attention (Seq2Seq-attention).
