This study examined how AI-based tools affect memory, problem-solving, anxiety, motivation, self-efficacy, and creativity. AI therapies were tested for cognitive improvement psychological well-being. Problem-solving skills including analytical thinking decision-making improved, as did short-term memory (22.4 to 29.8) long-term (23.5 28.6). Cognitive anxiety dropped from 2.5 1.8 bodily 2.3 1.8. Task-specific confidence increased intrinsic motivation 2.1 2.8. Still, inventiveness 75.2 70.1 work ethic marginally. These findings suggest that technologies improve emotional well-being but may reduce creativity ethic. To comprehend AI's full influence, future should examine its implications on characteristics.
