Abstract: Research on morality, particularly moral self and identity, is gaining increasing attention. However, the current literature reveals a lack of clarity in terminology, resulting inconsistent operationalizations instruments for studying identity. Specifically, there shortage validated German-language measuring these constructs. This study provides new insights into assessment identity across different age groups – middle childhood, adolescence, adulthood through testing German instrument. The results indicate partial measurement invariance between three groups.
