Study 1 involved full-time employees industry China, including healthcare, telecommunication, insurance sectors ( N = 313). 2 time-lagged dyadic design, collecting responses their managers at three different time points sector 419). Findings In 1, simple results demonstrate that positively role of Moreover, 2, moderating effect GKSC was supported, showing organizations with strong climate, indirect on via GOI is amplified. Originality/value our work, address critical gap literature by identifying both mechanisms contextual factors explain By introducing mediator moderator, study advances understanding leadership, identity, green-supportive interact promote eco-friendly innovation organizations.
