Administrative office employees spend much time confined in their workspaces as they work hard to provide the critical support required for overall performance of organizations. As a result, comfort should be given priority by organizations, it private or public. This article investigated administrative employees’ perceptions offices’ physical environment public university. Introduction The inherent nature of work in correctional services can have negative effects on worker mental health and well-being. Methods current study, a replication, analyzes survey data collected from provincial territorial workers staffed six regions across Canada ( n = 192). Specifically, participants were asked at the end an extensive well-being open-ended question requesting any additional feedback or information. Correctional workers (CWs) report high levels of work stressors, frequent exposures to potentially psychologically traumatic events (PPTEs), and substantial mental health challenges.
