Generative artificial intelligence (GAI) advancements have ignited new expectations for (AI)-enabled educational transformations. Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), this study combines structural equation modeling and interviews to analyze influencing factors Chinese university students' GAI technology usage intention. Regarding AI literacy, cognitive literacy in ethics scored highest (M = 5.740), while awareness lowest 4.578). Students' attitudes toward significantly positively influenced their intention, with combined TPB framework explaining 59.3% variance. subjective norms perceived behavioral control, attitude mediated impact Further, provide insights management leadership regarding construction an ecosystem under application technology.

Abstract Given the potential applications of generative AI (GenAI) in education and its rising interest research, this systematic review mapped thematic landscape 407 publications indexed Web Science, ScienceDirect Scopus. Using EPPI Reviewer, publication type, educational level, disciplines, research areas GenAI were extracted. Eight discursive themes identified, predominantly focused on ‘application, impact potential’, ‘ethical implication risks’, ‘perspectives experiences’, ‘institutional individual adoption’, ‘performance intelligence’. was conceptualised as a tool for ‘pedagogical enhancement’, ‘specialised training practices’, ‘writing assistance productivity’, ‘professional skills development’, an ‘interdisciplinary learning tool’. Key gaps highlighted include paucity discussions K‐12 education; limited exploration GenAI's using experimental procedures; ethical concerns from lens cultural dimensions. Promising opportunities future are highlighted.

Little is known about the dark side of ChatGPT adoption in higher education context; current study, therefore, adopts stressor-strain-outcome model to examine how compulsive use and its consequences, such as loneliness social avoidance (stressors), lead increased level psychological distress (strain), which, turn, negatively has detrimental impacts on student life satisfaction academic performance (outcomes). Moreover, recent study also aims test moderating role technostress strain-outcome relationship. Drawing sample 2709 students collected across 16 universities Vietnam using a stratified random sampling approach, results reveal positive correlation between ChatGPT, loneliness, avoidance, distress. Furthermore, mediates relationship use, diminished satisfaction, reduced performance. The shows series indirect effects through sequential mediation pathways involving avoidance. Noticeably, research reveals that not only reinforces negative but weakens effect Based findings this research, some practical interventional recommendations are provided.

The concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which was first used in the 1950s, can perform tasks that require human intelligence by using various algorithms and computer programs. This chapter aims to evaluate AI tools be universities. Firstly, universities were researched from literature, then Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making applied determine these should prioritized. Five criteria (perceived ease use, perceived usefulness, personalization, interaction, trust) obtained expert opinions literature weighted determined as alternatives numbers, presented Zadeh 1965, aid decision-making because it is frequently impossible utilize precise formulations during evaluations. Since extensions fuzzy numbers have been developed integrated into multi decision making methods. method this study also with use intuitionistic numbers.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to examine the impact ChatGPT adoption on consumers’ soccer betting behavior, with a particular focus behavioral intention and word mouth, by applying technology acceptance model (TAM) theory reasoned action (TRA). Design/methodology/approach A cross-sectional survey design employed collect data from 418 bettors in Eskisehir, Türkiye. utilized structured questionnaire validated measures adapted context betting. Structural equation modeling conducted test hypothesized relationships among constructs. Findings findings revealed that perceived ease use significantly influenced both usefulness attitude, while also positively affected attitude. Attitude subjective norms emerged as strong predictors intention. Interestingly, did not directly affect but instead exerted an indirect effect through attitude mediator. Additionally, mouth intention, highlighting importance social influence promoting within community. Originality/value Theoretically, extends application TAM TRA examining AI adoption, specifically ChatGPT, bettors. Practically, provide valuable insights for developers, offering actionable strategies enhance user effectively promote innovations rapidly evolving market.

This research investigates the possible influence of students’ perceptions emerging AI technologies on university courses, focusing their knowledge and perceived usefulness within engineering design. An evaluation tool implemented in a Microsoft Excel workbook was developed tested to perform process data collection through well-known questionnaires, analysis, generation results, facilitating attention class compositions measuring awareness usefulness. The study considers traditional aspects such as roles design teams psychological factors that may these roles, alongside contemporary topics like Large Language Models (LLMs). Questionnaires based well-established theories were administered during courses product innovation representation, assessing both primary secondary roles. Primary focus technical skills knowledge, while emphasize problem-solving approaches. Big Five questionnaire used characterize profiles main personality traits. Students’ involvement evaluated using questionnaires derived from consolidated literature well. This research explores the relationship between social influence, students' views, behavioral intention, and use of ChatGPT. It involved a cross-sectional survey from cohort international students in Taiwan. SmartPLS SPSS were employed to analyze data test hypothesized model. The results indicated that views intentions significantly predicted ChatGPT, while influence did not. Specific indirect effects revealed intention mediates ChatGPT use. Furthermore, also findings provide theoretical basis for understanding adoption by students, who often experience stress with their academic tasks. Additionally, these insights are significant educators, emphasizing importance ongoing monitoring
