The incidence rate of colorectal cancer (CRC) is rising among adults under the age 50 (early-onset cancer, EOCRC). Post-ostomy dysfunction, along with negative perceptions due to incorrect public views and a decline in quality life, has significant impact on these individuals, their families, social relationships. By understanding adaptation process post-ostomy EOCRC(POEOCRC) patients, this study aims provide information for developing targeted nursing interventions population. Nutmeg farming plays a crucial role in supporting the economic resilience of families Fakfak Regency, West Papua Province. This study examines effects resilience, social vulnerability, and participation on psychological nutmeg farmers' families. Additionally, it explores variations these factors based poverty status (poor vs. non-poor) family savings capacity. A cross-sectional design was employed, involving 160 participants selected through disproportional stratified random sampling from nutmeg-producing areas. Primary data were collected via structured interviews direct surveys conducted August 2022. Findings indicate that non-poor exhibit higher participation, cohesion, along with lower pressure. Families sufficient for six months demonstrate Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis confirms is positively influenced by while vulnerability has negative impact. This paper investigates the impact of e-commerce participation on household development resilience using a sample 1229 households in Shandong and Shaanxi provinces China 2022.
