Understanding the aspects of quality life (QoL) and mental health can offer valuable insights into well-being educational employees. Purpose This study aims to evaluate the effects of perceived leader–-member exchange and working conditions on turnover intention among healthcare employees. Design/methodology/approach The population consisted employees in a medical faculty hospital Türkiye.
