Postmenopausal
women
frequently
encounter
a
range
of
physical,
emotional,
and
relational
challenges.
One
aspect
that

overlooked

menopause
on
sexual
life.

objective
this
study
was
to
elucidate
solutions
enhance
quality
life
postmenopausal
women.
This
qualitative
conventional
content
analysis
conducted
from
December
2022
August
2023
in
Qazvin,
Iran.

purposive
sampling
with
maximum
variation,
data
were
collected
through
in-depth
interviews
21
participants,
comprising
15
6
experts,
for
period
3
months.
From
interviews,
total
495
initial
codes
identified
subsequently
organized
into
39
subcategories
11
categories.

extraction

themes:
"Understanding
managing
influencing
factors",
"Raising
awareness
new
perspective
relationships",
"Accepting
changes".
By
identifying
key
themes
emerged
study,
we
can
gain
deeper
understanding
