Postmenopausal women frequently encounter a range of physical, emotional, and relational challenges. One aspect that is overlooked the impact menopause on sexual life. The objective this study was to elucidate solutions enhance quality life postmenopausal women. This qualitative conventional content analysis conducted from December 2022 August 2023 in Qazvin, Iran. Using purposive sampling with maximum variation, data were collected through in-depth interviews 21 participants, comprising 15 6 experts, for period 3 months. Objectives A systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted to validate the effects of resistance training (RT) on body composition physical function in older females with sarcopenic obesity (SO). Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing RT non-exercise interventions or health education were included. Outcomes measured included key indicators such as function.
