ABSTRACT The Wheeled Inverted Pendulum (WIP) system presents a challenging control problem in the field of systems due to its inherent instability, non‐linearity, multivariable nature, and under actuation. This paper introduces novel framework that integrates robust combined algorithm with Multi‐objective Optimization (IPMO) improve stability tracking performance WIP systems. combines Time‐Varying Sliding Mode Control (TVSMC), Exponential Reaching Law (ERL), Non‐linear Feedback (NFC) mitigate chattering enhance stability. IPMO utilizes Solutions Validity Table (SVT) balance exploration exploitation search for optimal controller parameters. By optimizing parameters, aim is minimize errors overall system.
