This review quantified the association of vaccine literacy (VL) and vaccination intention status. PubMed, Scopus, Web Science were searched. Any study, published until December 2022, that investigated associations interest eligible. For each outcome, articles grouped according to administrated results narratively synthesized. Inverse-variance random-effect models used compare standardized mean values in VL domain(s) between two groups: individuals willing vs. unwilling get vaccinated, vaccinated unvaccinated. 18 studies shows strongly predicts while its with status is attenuated barely significant, suggesting other factors influence actual uptake. However, given scarce evidence available, heterogeneity methods applied some limitations included, further research should be conducted confirm role decision-making process.

The ideology of healthism and low perceptions the threat vaccine-preventable diseases may explain positive link between socioeconomic status (SES) vaccine hesitancy in high-income countries. present study aimed to examine effect three measures SES (education, income family economic status), perceived infectious two dimensions (personal responsibility for own health distrust healthcare institutions) on hesitancy, adjusting sociodemographic variables. A cross-sectional quantitative was performed 2019. Non-probability sampling employed by sending invitations respondents over age 18 participate study. snowball technique used, employing e-mails digital social networks (Facebook, Twitter Instagram). Data from 661 were collected via 1 ka.si, an online survey tool. Multivariate regression analysis indicated that significantly more likely be expressed women (β = 0.09; p < 0.001), 0.01), those who have lower 0.39; 0.001) scoring high (expressing control their 0.18; Slovenian system institutions 0.37; 0.001)). findings indicate among examined predictors, trust are strongest predictors public. Objective The persistent spread of SARS-CoV-2 makes diagnosis challenging because COVID-19 symptoms are hard to differentiate from those other respiratory illnesses. reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction test is the current golden standard for diagnosing various diseases, including COVID-19. However, this diagnostic method prone erroneous and false negative results (10% -15%). Therefore, finding an alternative technique validate RT-PCR paramount. Artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning (ML) applications extensively used in medical research. Hence, study focused on developing a decision support system using AI diagnose mild-moderate similar diseases demographic clinical markers. Vaccine literacy (VL) is the ability to find, understand, and evaluate vaccination-related information make appropriate decisions about immunization. The tools developed so far for its evaluation have produced consistent results. However, some dimensions may be underestimated due complexity of factors influencing VL. Moreover, heterogeneity methods used in studies employing these hinders a comprehensive understanding role even more. To overcome limitations, path has been sought propose new instruments. This necessitated updating earlier literature reviews on VL related tools, exploring relationship with vaccine hesitancy (VH), examining associated variables like beliefs, attitudes, behaviors towards Based current literature, supported by re-analysis dataset from an study, we theoretical framework serve as foundation creating future assessment tools. Objective This study aimed at determining OHL HL France order implement specific prevention their workplaces. Methods A cross-sectional French was conducted from October 2023 February 2024. Participants completed three validated questionnaires French: (1) questionnaire knowledge, (2) Oral Literacy Instrument, version (OHLI-F; this composed reading comprehension numeracy sections) assess level, (3) Short Test Functional Adults, (s-TOFHLA-F) level. scores for OHLI-F, s-TOFHLA-F were reported as means (SD) 95% CI. These classified into 3 categories: (75-100), marginal (60-74) inadequate (0-59). ANOVA binary logistic regression performed. OHLI-F compared using Welch 2-sample t test paired (both 2-tailed). For correlation matrix, Pearson related tests computed. Results total 1917 persons questionnaires, (n=1610, 84%), knowledge (n=1736, 90.6%), (n=1915, 99.9%). This study aimed to validate a tool for assessing vaccine literacy (VL) in adult vaccination under the Chinese context. A pilot on adult's VL was conducted 2023 Huzhou city of Zhejiang province, China. self-designed questionnaire, specific self-assessment three domains (functional, interactive, and critical), as well knowledge acceptance applied. Validation process questionnaire through investigation panel experts, principal component analysis (factors whose cumulative explanation proportion variance > 80% were selected) Cronbach's α coefficient test (>0.7 acceptable). Correlation domains, also implemented, r value its significance calculated. For validation mean scores reliability, comprehensibility, efficiency, sensitivity each question functional interactive/critical ranged from 3.86 (sensitivity VL) 4.26 (comprehensibility VL). 0.8223 with VL, 0.8916 interactive 0.9061 critical VL. The 3.36, 3.06 2.91, respectively. score 5.80. positive response rate receiving influenza vaccine, pneumococcal herpes-zoster 36.5% (73/200), 23.00% (46/200) 11.66% (19/163). all individual's significantly correlated high education degree (r = 0.37 0.35 0.30 0.28 knowledge, 0.42 acceptance). shown be valid reliable measuring among adults. It recommended that should validated larger more diverse samples, exploring impact interventions improve relationship between behavior over time.

Background Health literacy is becoming increasingly important in the field of public health as it contributes to individuals' social empowerment. During coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, preventive measures (mask usage, physical distancing, hand washing) and vaccination against severe acute respiratory syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2) shaped degree infection population, their acceptance was associated with a multitude factors, included. The aim this scoping review explore impact all dimensions (namely, understanding, access, evaluation application information) on accepting SARS-CoV-2 among adult European citizens. Methods A literature search three different databases conducted from July 2022 December 2022. Key Results total 154 articles were initially identified, which rigorously assessed by two reviewers. Ten studies that met inclusion criteria analyzed. results showed played an role well rating information related coronavirus.
