Abstract Objective Controlling the COVID-19 pandemic depends on widespread acceptance of vaccination. Vaccine hesitancy is a growing area concern in China. The aim study to map overall and uptake rates vaccines across different groups. Methods Five peer-reviewed databases bases were searched (PubMed, EMBASE, Web Science, EBSCO, Scopus). Studies that conducted cross-sectional surveys China understand acceptance/willingness receive included. Results Among 2420 identified studies, 47 studies with 327,046 participants eligible for data extraction. Males had higher (OR=1.17; 95% CI:1.08 - 1.27) along Chinese residents ≥ 5000 RMB monthly income (OR=1.08; CI:1.02 1.14). Conclusion vaccination need be improved. To inform public health decisions, continuous monitoring required.

Background Influenza A virus have a distinctive ability to exacerbate SARS-CoV-2 infection proven by in vitro studies. Furthermore, clinical evidence suggests that co-infection with COVID-19 and influenza not only increases mortality but also prolongs the hospitalization of patients. is small-scale recurrent epidemic, increasing likelihood co-epidemic seasonal influenza. The impact on population remains unstudied. Method Here, we developed an age-specific compartmental model simulate co-circulation estimate number co-infected patients under different scenarios prevalent type vaccine coverage. To decrease risk developing severity, investigated minimum coverage required for conjunction vaccine, particularly during seasons. Result Compared single transmission exhibits lower trend delayed peak when Number cases higher than B virus. as becomes more transmissible. As proportion individuals vaccinated vaccines increases, severe illnesses illness decreases time delayed, especially those >60 years old. Conclusion minimize arising from COVID-19, vaccinations are important, priority elderly.

Objectives This study aimed to develop a patient-reported questionnaire assess service utilization and patient satisfaction among older adults with hypertension diabetes in primary health-care centers operating under China’s National Essential Public Health Service Program (NEPHSP). Methods The questionnaire’s item pool was constructed on the basis of logic model. A cross-sectional survey conducted three provinces mainland China between November December 2019. evaluated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficients confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) refine items internal consistency, construct validity, convergent discriminant validity. Results final adopted second-order model comprising domains: essential services for all adults, follow-up or diabetes, assessment. Through two-step refinement process, nine factors encompassing 29 were selected, including elements such as “health records health education,” “blood pressure/glucose monitoring,” education follow-up.” indicated excellent reliability, values 0.899 0.906. 29-item instrument had robust fit both cohorts. indices included Bollen–Stine bootstrap chi-square degrees freedom ratio (χ 2 /df) 1.78, root mean square error approximation (RMSEA) 0.03, goodness-of-fit index (GFI) 0.97. Similarly, model, χ /df 1.38, RMSEA 0.02, GFI CFA revealed loadings ranging from 0.516 0.940 0.504 0.943 All first-order significantly correlated each other ( p < 0.01), their correlation lower than average variance extracted. models demonstrated strong structural Conclusion valid reliable evaluating center developed China. will serve practical tool assessments within NEPHSP framework at centers.

Immune responses after COVID-19 vaccination should be evaluated in different populations around the world. This study compared antibody induced by ChAdOx1 nCoV-19, CoronaVac, and BNT162b2 vaccines. Blood samples from vaccinees were collected pre- post-vaccinations with second third doses. The enrolled 78 vaccinees, of whom 62.8% women, following median ages: 26 years-ChAdOx1 nCoV-19; 40 years-CoronaVac; 30 years-BNT162b2. Serum quantified for anti-RBD IgG IgA anti-spike ELISA. Trained interviewers used a telephone-administered questionnaire assess (infection, vaccination, access). total 576 (68.5% female, mean age: 67.5 years) participated. Health service affecting access low (<10%). Compared Jamaica, more participants from reported testing positive for COVID-19, having family members or friends positive, losing due being vaccinated. In logistic regression models, adjusted age, sex, education, rural/urban clinic status, fear (OR 2.7, 95% CI: 1.2-6.1) residence 5.9, 2.4-14.6) were associated higher uptake.
