Aim/purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact transformational leadership (TL) on innovative work behavior (IWB) among middle management in non-metallic mineral products industry, focusing job crafting (JC) and knowledge- -sharing (KSB) as mediating factors. Design/methodology/approach Employing a cross-sectional design, study inves- tigated minerals industry Indonesia through deductive approach. Data was collected from an online survey 237 personnel. A par- tial least squares SEM mediation analysis using bootstrap method were used for data analysis. Findings reveals that TL significantly enhances KSB IWB industry. However, JC did not considerably affect mediate TL-IWB relationship, challenging established paradigms. These results underscore complex dynamics between leadership, innovation, JC, highlighting need further research into contextual factors influence these relation- ships pivotal role driving IWB. Research implications/limitations This social exchange theory (SET) by examining interplay TL, KSB, Indonesia’s sector. Practical insights include training fostering innovation embedding knowledge sharing daily routines enhance innovations management. Purpose This study aims to examine the direct effects of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices on employee green behavior (EGB) in university setting Bangladesh and find indirect how GHRM promotes EGB through sequentially mediating environmental knowledge management (EEKM) (environmental sharing) self-efficacy (GSE). Design/methodology/approach For empirical study, researcher uses partial least squares structural equation modeling test proposed conceptual model built existing literature for greening workplaces Bangladesh. The has collected data from 288 Bangladeshi employees using convenient sampling. Findings findings that positively significantly promote EGB, which captures employee's tendencies exercise daily routine activities such as turning off lights, air conditioning, computers equipment after working hours, printing both sides, recycling (reducing, repair, reuse), disseminating good ideas, concepts, digital skills peers champion initiatives at work. Moreover, also revealed sequential mediation EEKM GSE between link EGB. At last, suggested HR managers can implement behaviors among academic non-academic staff university.
