study
examines
how
environmental
regulation
(ER),
green
intellectual
capital
(GIC),
human
resource
management
(GHRM),
and
ambidextrous
innovation
(GAI)
contribute
to
enhancing
the
sustainable
performance
(SP)
of
manufacturing
firms.

quantitative

managers
garment
firms
in
Bangladesh

GHRM
GIC
positively
impact
SP,

influence
on

GHRM.
Additionally,
GAI

as
partial
mediator
GIC-SP
relationship
but
not
GHRM-SP
relationship.

negatively
moderates
GHRM-GAI
links,
while
it
GIC-GAI
relationship,
albeit
weakly
connection.
