Abstract Retention of early career teachers is a critical issue in education, with burnout and self-efficacy serving as important precursors to leaving the field. An integration PAX Good Behavior Game (GBG; Barrish et al., 1969) MyTeachingPartner (MTP; Allen 2015) was tested randomized controlled trial (RCT) investigate whether combined programs would improve long-term outcomes for teachers. Many educators strive to create inclusive classrooms where students receive not only knowledge but also empathy from their instructors. Abstract This study explores the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on Memorial University Newfoundland (MUN) undergraduate and graduate students. Using National College Health Assessment (third revision) (NCHA-III) survey, relationship between COVID-related stressors mental health was assessed after controlling for demographic, economic, academic variables, reported illness. A hierarchical regression revealed that psychological distress higher students who were undergraduate, female, lower family income, with a pre-existing anxiety or depressive disorder.
