Suboptimal culture conditions during in vitro maturation (IVM) affect oocyte developmental competence and the viability of resulting embryo. Three-dimensional (3D) systems provide a more biologically appropriate environment compared to traditional two-dimensional (2D) cultures. The aim this study was evaluate effect liquid marble (LM) microbioreactors as 3D system on IVM subsequent embryo development prepubertal goat oocytes. cumulus–oocyte complexes (COCs) recovered from ovaries underwent drops under oil (the 2D control group) LM group).
