However, there is still limited evidence on whether microbiota short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) mediate the association between PM2.5, components, antenatal depression. The purpose of this study was to investigate mediating role maternal in correlations short-term exposure Demographic information stool samples were collected from 75 pregnant women their third trimester. Chronic diarrhea, including diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D), osmotic bile acid and antibiotic-associated is a common problem which highly associated with disorders of the gut microbiota composition such as small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) so on. A growing number studies have supported view that Chinese herbal formula alleviates symptoms diarrhea by modulating fecal microbiota. polysaccharides (CHPs) are natural polymers composed monosaccharides widely found in herbs function important active ingredients. Commensal has an extensive capacity to utilize CHPs play vital role degrading into short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs). Many CHPs, prebiotics, antidiarrheal promote growth beneficial bacteria inhibit colonization pathogenic bacteria. This review systematically summarizes relationship among microbiota, chronic well recent progress on impacts advances possible diarrhea.

Objective Significant differences have been discovered between subtypes of Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC). The role gut microbiota in promoting the onset UC CD is established, but conclusions regarding subtype-specific analyses remain limited. Methods This study aims to explore influence on CD, offering novel insights into pathogenesis treatment CD.Two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis was employed examine causal relationship composition. Gut data were sourced from International Consortium MiBioGen, while obtained FINNGEN. Eligible single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) selected as instrumental variables. Multiple analytical approaches such inverse variance-weighted (IVW), MR-Egger regression, weighted median, mode, MR-RAPS utilized. Sensitivity including intercept test, Cochran’s Q leave-one-out conducted for quality control. Subsequently, we multivariable IVW, MR-Egger, LASSO regression methods identify independently significant genera or families sensitivity analyses. Results We determined that Hungatella , Acidaminococcaceae 15 other microbial taxa act protective factors various subtypes, Terrisporobacter Anaerostipes 23 are associated with increased risk different subtypes. Furthermore, through MR analysis, identified independent effects. Conclusion Our confirms a dysbiosis occurrence it validates etiological distinctions among UC. A approach adjunctive therapy involving distinct may involve use probiotics represents potential avenue future treatments.
