Artificial intelligence (AI) is experiencing advances and integration in all medical specializations, this creates excitement but also concerns. This narrative review aims to critically assess the state of art AI field endometriosis adenomyosis. By enabling automation, may speed up some routine tasks, decreasing gynecologists' risk burnout, as well them spend more time interacting with their patients, increasing efficiency patients' perception being taken care of. Surgery benefit from AI, especially through its robotic surgery systems. improve detection anatomical structures enhance surgical outcomes by combining intra-operative findings pre-operative imaging. Not only that, promises quality facilitating clinical research. Through introduction decision-support tools, it can diagnostic assessment; predict treatment effectiveness side effects, reproductive prognosis cancer risk. However, concerns exist regarding fact that good data used tool development compliance sharing guidelines are crucial. Definitive diagnosis of endometriosis is established by histologic confirmation in tissue from surgically visualized lesions; however, the diagnostic sensitivity this approach varies widely. We hypothesized that incomplete block sampling may contribute to false-negative diagnosis, particularly if focus section scant. This study defined value deeper level sections cases which none specimen parts contained on initial sections, using World Health Organization essential criteria for (presence endometrial glands and stroma). Among 135 patients who underwent surgery suspected a single surgeon at an academic institution 2015 2019, resulted 73.3% (99/135), average yield 5.9 slides per endometriosis. An additional 9 were diagnosed with increasing rate 80% (108/135). 6.7% gain came increase resource utilization, overall overage 9.8 Overall, 8.3% had sections. Background/Objectives: Chronic inflammation plays a critical role in pelvic pain among endometriosis patients. This study examines the association between inflammatory markers—specifically neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet-to-lymphocyte (PLR)—and endometriosis. Methods: We conducted retrospective analysis of patients, assessing NLR PLR levels those with without pain. Diagnostic utility was evaluated using ROC curves, logistic regression determined associations these markers, presence, severity. Results: Patients had significantly higher median both (p < 0.05). demonstrated moderate diagnostic accuracy an AUC 0.63, sensitivity 59%, specificity 71% at cut-off 1.85. PLR, 139.77, showed 0.60, 82% 40%, indicating better for excluding Logistic revealed that > 1.85 associated (OR = 3.06, 95% CI: 1.45–6.49, p 0.003), as 139.77 2.84, 1.18–6.82, 0.02). Advanced rASRM stages (III IV) also correlated elevated values. Conclusions: Elevated are advanced endometriosis, suggesting ratios potential markers disease Further studies should explore combining other biomarkers to improve
