We study how protein condensates respond to a site of active RNA transcription (i.e., gene promoter) due electrostatic protein-RNA interactions. Our results indicate that can show directed motion towards the promoter, driven by gradients in concentration. Analytical theory, consistent with simulations, predicts droplet velocity has non-monotonic dependence on distance promoter. explore consequences this gradient-sensing mechanism for enhancer-promoter (E-P) communication using polymer simulations intervening chromatin chain. Directed enhancer-bound can, together loop extrusion cohesin, collaboratively increase contact probability. Finally, we investigate under which conditions exhibit oscillations their morphology and Oscillatory dynamics are caused delayed response condensate-promoter negative feedback from accumulation at charge repulsion.
