Abstract Scientific research demands robust findings, yet variability in results persists due to researchers' decisions data analysis. Despite strict adherence state‐of the‐art methodological norms, can vary when analyzing the same data. Abstract Interdisciplinary advancements, such as generative artificial intelligence (AI) and digital supply chains, can significantly contribute to achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs), particularly within tourism. This paper illuminates how it works well, focusing on the underexplored area of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) performance small medium‐sized tourism enterprises (SMEs) in China. Through a survey 429 international SMEs, we apply Resource‐Based View Dynamic Capabilities Theory investigate AI, ChatGPT, chains enhance innovation, collaboration, and, ultimately, ESG performance. The empirical findings underscore pivotal role AI augmenting via bolstering innovation collaboration chains. Abstract Previous research has indicated that the impact of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on performance is ambiguous. This relationship can be affected by numerous factors – both internal and external. study aims to examine moderating inter-organizational cooperation, competitive behaviors, digitalization, diversification, flexibility between EO performance; it also assesses market conditions relationships were examined above. Abstract Recent economic and public health crises have posed important challenges to family businesses – particularly those in the hospitality sector. While sustaining a business, performance becomes critical; there is insufficient knowledge on use of entrepreneurial behaviors mitigating impact crisis by businesses. To help fill this gap, study explores configurations that lead improved small firms under market conditions particularly, risk-taking, innovativeness, proactiveness, flexibility, digitalization. This employs fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). The sample consists 117 one- two-star Polish hotels are comprised both non-family data was collected November December 2021. results confirm core role flexibility increasing these firms. Entrepreneurship is one of the most common strategies that are followed by companies. In parallel, each company needs to effectively manage information and knowledge successfully implement its strategy. Thus, this study focuses on points where knowledge, information, entrepreneurial management meet, with special attention paid relationship between (IM) (KM) as well their mediating roles in shaping firm performance.
