Purpose
This
study
takes
its
basis
in
job
demands-resources
(JD-R)
and
psychological
resource
theories
to
investigate
the
role
of
two
personal
factors
–
capital
(PsyCap)
crafting
quality
university
life
business
students.
Design/methodology/approach
A
sample
806
undergraduate
students
Vietnam
was
surveyed
collect
data.
Confirmatory
factor
analysis
(CFA)
used
validate
measures
structural
equation
modeling
(SEM)
employed
test
model
hypotheses.
Findings
The
results
produced
by
SEM
demonstrated
that
students'
PsyCap
had
a
positive
effect
on
life.

addition,
positively
moderated
relationship
between

service-dominant
logic,
this
study
examines
the
direct
and
indirect
(via
process
outcome
values)
effects
of
student
participation
on
quality
college
life
(QCL).
