Business students' psychological capital and quality of university life: the moderating role of study crafting DOI

Purpose This study takes its basis in job demands-resources (JD-R) and psychological resource theories to investigate the role of two personal factors – capital (PsyCap) crafting quality university life business students. Design/methodology/approach A sample 806 undergraduate students Vietnam was surveyed collect data. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) used validate measures structural equation modeling (SEM) employed test model hypotheses.
