This work aims to create and validate the digital financial knowledge scale (DFKS). Three studies were carried out, including a focus group, expert validation, pre-testing, application of item response theory. From these procedures, two versions constructed validated. An evaluation classification methodology was proposed. Two for measuring are presented. The long version is composed 40 items short has 26 items. Applying proposed methodology, it possible classify level as low, intermediate, or high. DFKS can be useful both system agents governments researchers, who use in different contexts. This study investigates the impact of FinTech adoption on sustainable mineral management policies in Australia within context Industry 4.0, using quarterly data from 1990Q1 to 2022Q4. Employing ARDL-Bounds testing approach, Granger causality analysis, and innovation accounting matrix, research finds a short-term positive association between adoption, technological readiness, green extraction.
