This study investigated the application of local wisdom value systems in management practices and school culture at Senior High School 2 Bau-bau 2023. Employing a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach, participants included head education office, supervisors, principal, teachers, educational staff, students, parents, committees, surrounding community. Data were collected through interviews, document studies, observations, focus group discussions. The revealed four Buton values, encompassing outlook on life, knowledge, life strategies These values integrated into school's vision, influencing practices, leadership, teaching models. They also formed foundation cultural emphasizing religious general aspects focused purity, interpersonal self-values. Development instilling culturally oriented quality fostering teamwork, engaging all stakeholders environmentally friendly program planning, habituation, spontaneous activities, facility conditioning, exemplary behaviour. analysis results indicated distribution related to social interaction (58.6%), (24.1%), good behaviour (17.2%), being most significant. concluded that Buton's positively contributed character development, individual awareness, creating conducive climate, learning outcomes, culture, driving towards positive performance.

This study explores the current practice of innovation-promoting indicators in general education schools Saudi Arabia, specifically from perspective students. Using a descriptive approach, surveyed 1,717 high school students Eastern Region, including 1,595 regular and 122 gifted students, who were selected through random sampling. A questionnaire was designed to assess extent which these innovation are implemented. The findings revealed moderate overall implementation indicators, with an average score 2.77. curriculum indicator ranked highest (3.14), while educational environment lowest (2.56). Purpose The purpose of this study is to explore learner-centered emerging technologies, methods learning with artificial intelligence (AI), student engagement and concerns related the assessment process at public private universities in Bangladesh. Design/methodology/approach employed a qualitative research approach investigate innovations learning, concerns. Respondents were categorized into three clusters: Cluster-A comprised students from various academic levels, Cluster-B included faculty members online teaching experience Cluster-C consisted information communication technology (ICT) experts university (IT) departments. Qualitative data collected via in-depth interviews. Findings findings indicate widespread acceptance utilization hybrid offering flexibility, accessibility, self-paced better opportunities. While AI platforms like ChatGPT Gemini are valued for clarifying theoretical concepts, exist regarding their ethical use, particularly completing assignments. faces challenges exams, over cheating prompting calls AI-supported solutions. Purpose The current study seeks first to examine the prediction of school functioning in crises during COVID-19 pandemic by principals’ self-efficacy; second, explore differences all dimensions self-efficacy and Arab Jewish schools Israel third, determine which best predicted crisis.
