Purpose This study investigates how tertiary education in Bangladesh can promote gender equality by integrating feminine writing into the academic environment. It examines as a vehicle for empowering female students, encouraging critical thinking and challenging societal norms that perpetuate inequality. Design/methodology/approach follows quantitative research methodology. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 672 students from various educational institutions across Bangladesh. Based on framework driven pedagogy theory, data analysis employed descriptive inferential statistics to explore relationships variables. Findings The findings indicate 76.8% of engage personal narratives 54.9% feminist essays, showing significant preference writing. Female (70.1%) exhibit greater awareness issues than male (29.9%). Arts social sciences show highest engagement discussions (52.7%) are more likely perceive supportive environments (65.9%). However, vocational fields report only 15.5% gender-related significantly lower institutional support. These disparities highlight need inclusive frameworks broader participation discourse all disciplines. Practical implications emphasizes embedding perspectives curricula foster Bangladesh’s higher sector. To create environment, policymakers must integrate content disciplines, particularly science, business, technical fields. Originality/value As one first studies examine intersection education, Bangladesh, this offers new insights role fostering empowerment with norms. contribute understanding settings serve transformative spaces promoting self-expression.

Purpose This study aims to evaluate the current educational opportunities available hermaphrodite (Hijra) students, analyze their difficulties while pursuing academic degrees and suggest potential approaches address these issues. Design/methodology/approach research used a qualitative method challenges Hijra individuals face in education. To address these challenges, this study proposes a multimedia information processing technique based on computer technology. The system utilizes Java programming language, Spring Boot framework, Servlet, other technologies to process data through MySQL database.
