In our rapidly globalizing and digitizing world, small medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) face significant challenges that compel them to adopt a co-opetition strategy—a blend of competition collaboration. Despite their potential benefits, the high failure rates unmet expectations networks highlight gap in empirical frameworks for establishing maintaining these networks. This research seeks address gaps by developing framework enhances value cocreation Portuguese ornamental stone sector, integrating latest developments Industrial Internet Things (IIoT), Service-Dominant Logic (S-D Logic), service science.
