In pragmatic wireless propagation scenarios, communication between wearable devices may be significantly impacted by fading, particularly when is crucial for mission control, situational awareness, and team coordination in defense operations. There times links are temporarily unavailable places due to contemporaneous effect of slow fading fast including cities or regions with tough terrain. This phenomena results composite environments. Moreover, the data transfer speeds drop as a result making it challenging task rapidly transmit real time data. addition, precision GPS positioning systems, that essential operations viz., target tracking, navigation rescue can fading. this setting, work portrays modeling channels over Weibull distribution exploiting Tsallis' q-statistical framework. From analytical observations, was evident contrast well-known models, q-Weibull model provides better characterization generated signals. Furthermore, closed form solution different performance metrics characterizing environments provided.

The current research looked at how to use the Internet of Things (IoT) create a vital sign health monitoring system. Eight indications are employed get critical patient information. Therefore, number nodes IoT embedded in human body is 8, which have been worked on different places body. Among 8 nodes, node 1 located center grid (the body). rounds 9000 and adopted with initial energy 0.5 J radio range 10 m. MATLAB software was used simulate WBAN network, consists sensors eight-item assessment tool takes following into account: pulse rate, blood pressure (mm Hg), serum cholesterol (mg/dl), temperature (°C), exercise-induced angina, ST-wave depression, major vessels counted using medical procedure called endoscopy that involves examining alveoli, small air sacs lungs where gas exchange occurs. We compared rest maximal heart rate during activity. were responsible for sending this data (base station). collected from installation these 303 patients evaluated by machine learning method MLP neural network method. Internet of Things (IoT) enabled WBAN systems play a crucial role in healthcare monitoring, enhancing patients' well-being at an affordable cost. However, their primary challenge lies energy constraints. To optimize the limited resources and extend lifetime devices within network, multi-channel MAC protocol with Markov decision process (MDP-HYMAC) is proposed. This improves efficiency, throughput, network lifetime, minimizes delays by using separate channels for communication between biomedical access points (APs).In addition, employed to stochastically model systems' transition states explore optimal strategies APs.Furthermore, adaptive power allocation scheme, time-slot back-off strategy are designed minimize wastage, consumption, delays. The proposed outperforms baseline methods achieving significant improvements efficiency from 4% 22%.The findings this research strongly indicate that has potential significantly improve performance systems, particularly context sustainable monitoring.

This paper presents a novel Sliding Window selection scheme tailored for optimizing the Non-Overlapping Backoff Algorithm (SW-NOBA). SW-NOBA is devised to tackle inter-priority collisions, while minimizing instances of intra-priority collisions. Its adaptive nature, dynamically responding channel conditions influenced by factors such as node density, collision occurrences, and successful data transmissions, allows enhance overall utilization superframes. Evaluating SW-NOBA's efficacy involves comparative analysis with two benchmarks: Binary Exponential (BEB) traditional (NOBA). The findings demonstrate that significantly amplifies superframe utilization. introduction results in significant improvements individual throughput, cumulative latency when contrasted BEB NOBA.
