A gas detection method based on CH 3 NH PbI (MAPbI ) and poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): (4-styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) composite photodetectors (PDs) is proposed. The operation of the PD primarily relies photoelectric effect within visible light band. Our study involves constructing a system tunable diode laser spectroscopy (TDLAS) MAPbI /PEDOT:PSS PD, O 2 was selected as target analyte. has achieved minimum limit (MDL) 0.12% normalized noise equivalent absorption coefficient (NNEA) 8.83 × 10 −11 cm -1 ⋅W⋅Hz -1/2 . Furthermore, Allan deviation analysis results indicate that can obtain sensitivity levels low 0.058% over an averaging time 328 seconds. This marks first use in TDLAS. Despite detector's performance leaves much to be desired, this innovation offers new approach developing spectral system.
