Abstract
This
review
focuses
on
antimicrobial
packaging
for
food
safety,
critically
examining
the
activity
and
efficacy
of
cannabinoids
against
commonly
found
microorganisms
exploring
their
mechanisms.
Specifically,
considers
derived
from
industrial
hemp
plants,
which
are
characterized
by
low
levels
psychoactive
components.
It
also
outlines
viable
strategies
to
control
sustained
release
packaging,
enabling
extended
storage
enhanced
safety
products.
Research
demonstrates
that
effective
both
foodborne
bacteria
fungi,
with
action
primarily
attributed
microbial
membrane
instability.
Cannabinoids
can

utilized

Purpose
