In
the
rapidly
evolving
digital
environment,
organizations
face
increasing
pressure
to
adapt
technological
advancements
while
ensuring
long-term
sustainability.
This
study
was
motivated
by
critical
need
understand
how
human
resource
(HR)
leadership
can
effectively
foster
skills
development
drive
economic
sustainable
development.
Recognizing
that
competencies
are
now
essential
for
organizational
resilience
and
competitiveness,
this
research
explores
interplay
between
HR
leadership,
acquisition,
employed
SERVQUAL
tool
assess
gaps
employee
expectations
perceptions
across
key
demographic
variables,
including
age,
education
level,
employment
status.
Data
collected
from
476
participants
several
European
Union
countries
underscore
significant
influence
of
factors
on
these
perceptions.
The
findings
reveal
a
high
alignment
perceptions,
reflecting
importance
in
bridging
gap.
Moreover,
highlights
necessity
integrating
practices
ensure
transformation
contributes
not
only
immediate
goals
but
also
provides
valuable
insights
into
role
navigating
challenges
era,
ultimately
offering
framework
fostering
skilled,
adaptable,
sustainably
oriented
workforce.

Abstract
This
study
investigates
the
work
experiences
of
Albanian
gig
workers
in
Upwork
freelancing
platform
within
lenses
meaning
work.
By
offering
evidence
on
more
creative
and
complex
remote
employment,
this
contributes
to
growing
body
literature
digital
bridges
scholarship
platforms,
meaningful
work,
entrepreneurship/self-employment
capture
nature
experiential
practices
platforms.
In
total,
20
semi-structured
interviews
with
Tirana,
Shkoder
Durres,
offered
a
personalized
insight
into
lived
workers,
giving
possibility
comprehend
nuances
their
working
conditions,
challenges
faced,
opportunities,
benefits.
To
analyse
data
we
used
Gioia
method.
Our
findings
suggest
that
clustering
concepts
shows
for
encompasses
interplay
flexibility,
economic
necessity,
personal
autonomy,
tempered
by
financial
insecurity,
lack
benefits,
absence
clear
career
paths.
