In
animal
breeding,
genetic
methods
have
become
the
basis
of
breeding
work
and
veterinary

Abstract
Climate
change
is
increasingly
disrupting
evolved
life
history
strategies
and
reducing
population
viability
in
wild
species.
Using
estimates
of
epigenetic
age
acceleration,
a
cellular
biomarker
lifetime
stress

age-related

found
that

Abstract
Telomeres
are
short
repetitive
DNA
sequences
capping
the
ends
of
chromosomes.
Telomere
shortening
occurs
during
cell
division
and
may
be
accelerated
by
oxidative
damage
or
ameliorated
telomere
maintenance
mechanisms.
Consequently,
length
changes
with
age,
which
was
recently
confirmed
in
a
large
meta‐analysis
across
vertebrates.
However,
based
on
correlation
between
