In recent decades, various roles of the gut microbiota in physiological and pathological conditions have been uncovered. Among many interacting pathways between host flora, gut-brain axis has drawn increasing attention is generally considered a promising way to understand treat brain tumors, one most lethal neoplasms. this narrative review, we aimed unveil dissect sophisticated mechanisms by which exerts its influence on tumors. Furthermore, summarized latest research regarding gastrointestinal microbial landscape effect malfunction different Finally, outlined ongoing developing approaches manipulation their corresponding related neuro-malignancies. Collectively, recapitulated advances alterations along with potential interactive tumors encouraged increased efforts area.

Gliomas, 24% of all primary brain tumors, have diverse histology and poor survival rates, with about 70% recurring due to acquired or de novo resistance. Insomnia in patients is correlated strongly circadian rhythm disruptions. The correlation between disorders drug resistance some tumors has been proved. However, the precise mechanism underlying relationship glioma not elucidated. Circadian rhythm-related genes (CRRGs) were identified using least absolute shrinkage selection operator (LASSO) regression, stochastic gradient descent (SGD) was performed form a score (CRRS) model. studies immune cell infiltration, genetic variations, differential gene expression pattern, single analysis for exploring mechanisms chemotherapy glioma. CRRGs chemosensitivity also confirmed by IC 50 (half maximal inhibitory concentration) analysis. Signatures 16 screened out identified. Based on CRRS model, an optimal comprehensive nomogram created, exhibiting favorable potential predicting samples. Immune cell–cell communication, indicated that high group closely related innate cells. IC50 showed CRRG knockdown enhanced A significant CRRGs, glioma, cells found, which might hold role

Abstract Glioma is characterized as the most aggressive brain tumor that occurred in central nervous system. The circadian rhythm an essential cyclic change system generated by endogenous clock. Current studies found clock affects glioma pathophysiology. It still controversial whether disruption a cause or effect of tumorigenesis. This review discussed association between cell cycle and provided prominent molecular theoretical basis for therapy. We illustrated external factors affecting including thermodynamics, hypoxia, post‐translation, microRNA, while internal characteristics concerning involve stemness, metabolism, radiotherapy sensitivity, chemotherapy sensitivity. also summarized pathways therapeutic drugs involved rhythm. There are many questions this field waiting further investigation. results chronotherapy sensitizing radiation therapy have shown great potential improving clinical outcomes. These findings will help us understand

Gliomas are relatively rare but fatal cancers, and there has been insufficient research to specifically evaluate the role of headache as a risk factor. Nowadays, gliomas difficult cure due infiltrative nature absence specific adjuvant therapies. Until now, mutations in hundreds genes have identified most relevant discoveries showed alterations related migraine potential factors for brain tumor onset. Prognostic biomarkers required at time diagnosis better adapt therapies cancer patients. In this review, we aimed highlight significant modulation CLOCK, BMLA1 NOTCH glioma onset development, praising these be good potentially attractive therapeutic markers tumors. A improved knowledge regarding triggering or modulating maybe key early diagnosing patients affected by simple headache. addition, investigating on can suggest targets treating These considerations open up possibility personalized treatments that target each tumor’s genetic abnormality.
