Background:
It
was
found
that
the
melanin
of
black-bone
chicken
has
various
effects
such
as
scavenging
DPPH
free
radicals
and
anti-oxidation,
synthesis
is
affected
by
factors
including
hormones.
In
addition,
several
studies
have
melatonin
affects
melanoma
cell
melanin,
which
not
been
reported
in
primary
melanocytes;
so,
relevant
were
conducted.

Methods:
this
study,
melanocytes
isolated
characterized,
then
treated
with
different
concentrations
to
investigate
on
terms
synthesis-related
genes,
content,
tyrosinase
activity,
combined
RNA
seq
detect
change
gene
expression
level
after
treatment.

Results:
We
characterized
melanocytes,
indirect
immunofluorescence
assay
results
showed
positive
melanocyte
marker
genes.
RT-qPCR
decreased
reduced
content
activity
group.
A
total
1703
differentially
expressed
genes
screened
RNA-seq,
KEGG
results,
signaling
pathway
associated
synthesis,
mTOR
enriched.

Melatonin
could
decrease
melanocytes.
