The soil microbiome is an important component of wetland ecosystems and plays a pivotal role in nutrient cycling climate regulation. Nitrogen (N) addition influences the soil’s microbial diversity, composition, function by affecting status. change bacterial diversity composition temperate response to high ammonium nitrogen additions remains unclear. In this study, we used high-throughput sequencing technology study changes community structure with increasing concentrations [CK (control, 0 kg ha−1 a−1), LN (low addition, 40 HN (high 80 a−1)] at field experimental site Sanjiang Plain wetland, China. Our results showed that except for organic carbon (SOC), other physicochemical parameters, i.e., moisture content (SMC), dissolved (DON), total (TN), pH, (NH4+), (DOC), changed significantly among three (p < 0.05). Compared CK, did not α-diversity > 0.05), only decreased Shannon 0.05) Chao indices community. Ammonium affect based on non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) PERMANOVA (ADONIS) analyses. Acidobacteriota (24.96–31.11%), Proteobacteria (16.82–26.78%), Chloroflexi (10.34–18.09%), Verrucomicrobiota (5.23–11.56%), Actinobacteriota (5.63–8.75%) were most abundant phyla soils. complexity stability network. SMC, NO3−, pH main drivers structure. These findings indicate enhanced atmospheric may have impact communities soil, will allow us better understand framework deposition.

Microbial communities and soil organic carbon (SOC) fractions are sensitive indicators for monitoring quality crop yield. But the effects of fertilization on relationship between SOC microbial community in black remain unclear. Focused this point, we performed present study with a maize monocropping system suffered different treatments, including non-fertilization (CK), chemical (CF), fertilizer straw (CFS) manure (OM). The contents were measured, whereas structure was assessed by Illumina sequencing technology. As results, highest active found OM treatment, while yield obtained CFS treatment. Proteobacteria widely distributed all treatments. dominant fungal phyla Ascomycota CK, CF OM, Basidiomycota Principal coordinate analysis revealed similar bacterial CFS, CK. Redundancy demonstrated that biomass (MBC) easily oxidized (EOC) had relatively large influences communities, light fraction (LFOC) dissolved (DOC) primary factors affecting communities. Correlations bacterial/fungal evidenced fertilization, especially application, stimulated bacteria fungi to participate turnover. understanding linked under managements will contribute improving productivity sustainable management.
