Purpose
Based
on
social
cognitive
theory,
this
study
aims
to
explore
the
effect
of
authentic
leadership
employee
green
creativity
by
studying
mediating
role
reflection
and
rumination
moderating
psychological
capital.
Design/methodology/approach
This
used
experience
sampling
methodology
test
hypothesis.

path
analysis

Findings
The
results
show
that
positively

clamour
for
leaders
to
