Purpose In response to the dynamic demands of contemporary business landscape, this study critically examines pivotal role ethical leadership in shaping employee’s innovative behavior within organizations. Our research delves into nuanced interplay between leadership, psychological well-being and work behavior. Drawing from principles social exchange theory, our addresses a critical gap literature by exploring mediating relationship employees' Design/methodology/approach quantitative research, data were collected 384 employees their direct supervisors Pakistan’s IT sector using “Google Forms” through convenience sampling method facilitated “LinkedIn” platform. Additionally, applied two-stage structural equation modeling approach, first assess uni-dimensionality, subsequently, evaluate proposed hypotheses. Nursing is one of the critically important disciplines in healthcare. Due to its complexity and specificity, nursing students often face additional higher education-related stress. However, there less research on stress among students. Therefore, purpose this study was investigate effects emotional empathy intelligence dimensions students.This utilized a multi-stage sampling design completed within March-June 2023 period. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 125 karyawan Bank BCA di Jakarta, mayoritas perempuan berusia 24-34 tahun, berpendidikan terakhir S1, masa kerja 1-5 sebagian besar bekerja cabang Jakarta Timur. menguji tujuh hipotesis, mana lima hipotesis didukung dua tidak didukung. Background: The relationship between moral resilience, distress, and injury among nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic has been widely investigated; however, literature in post-COVID-19 era is scarce. Research aim: To examine impact of resilience on distress after pandemic.Research design: Cross-sectional study.Participants research context: We obtained a convenience sample 1118 Greece. collected demographic data (gender, age) work-related (understaffed wards, shift work, clinical experience). measured with revised "Rushton Moral Resilience Scale", "Moral Distress Thermometer", Injury Symptom Scale-Healthcare Professionals" version. adjusted all multivariable models for variables.Ethical considerations: Ethics Committee Faculty Nursing, National Kapodistrian University Athens approved our study protocol (approval number; 474, approved: November 2023). Our followed Declaration Helsinki.Findings/results: Multivariable linear regression analysis showed that reduced injury. In particular, we found increased response to adversity was associated decreased (adjusted coefficient beta = -1.81, 95% confidence interval [CI] -2.07 -1.54). Stress management plays a vital role in protecting students' mental health. Effective stress helps them to recognize sources of and cope with the problems caused by stress, helping become more mentally resilient long run. This study was pretest-posttest randomized controlled psychoeducational intervention which effect training given first-class health major students on their perceived coping methods psychological resilience examined. The conducted 102 associate degree students, 51 intervention, control. Intervention group received consisting seven modules for 7 weeks. No control group. Data were collected using sociodemographic form, scale, short scale. Pre-test post-tests administered both groups. In analysis within-group differences group, there significant decrease scores increase scores. Between groups, difference post-test compared Covariance pre-test controlled, it determined that level 22.1% (large effect), 5.1% (medium 22.6% effect) favor As result, decreased levels, improved increased levels.
