ABSTRACT Algorithmic management (AM) is regarded as a crucial advancement in current workplaces. AM has the potential to alter job tasks and reorganize entire work processes, thus affecting working conditions of employees. Nonetheless, research on possible consequences for workplace relationships remains limited. This study narrows this gap by investigating association between perceived bullying supervisors or co‐workers. Based multilevel analyses sample 4929 employees 160 workplaces derived from German linked employer–employee data, specific experiences with contribute more perceptions than mere frequency involvement. Digital transformation is considered a high-risk investment due to the fact that as much 80% of its initiatives fail. To effectively manage and execute digital transformation, organizations must establish capabilities tailored this process. Thus, study aims identify essential for in business context. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted following PRISMA. An initial search across major academic databases yielded 542 articles. After applying inclusion exclusion criteria, 43 relevant articles were selected in-depth analysis. Descriptive, co-occurrence, qualitative analyses then applied. The findings reveal five core dimensions capability: dynamic capability, leadership employee technology operational capability. These demonstrate successful depends not only on technology, but also leadership, human capital, strategy, ensure resource readiness. This contributes theory by identifying organizational provides insights into how can develop these achieve transformation.

Purpose The primary objective of this research is to examine the effects digital transformation capability (DTC) on employee turnover intention (ETI) in Jordanian universities. Based social cognitive theory (SCT). study also investigates mediated moderation role knowledge management (KMC) and leadership (DL) relationship between DTC ETI. Design/methodology/approach A survey questionnaire was used obtain data from 384 faculty members at universities Jordan, SmartPLS4 SPSS software were test hypotheses. Findings results reveal that significantly mitigates ETI through providing a favourable environment for sharing innovation. Using DL as moderator, show becomes stronger presence high DL.
