Abstract: Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the most common microvascular complications in diabetes and can potentially develop into end-stage renal disease. Its pathogenesis complex not fully understood. Podocytes, glomerular endothelial cells (GECs), mesangial (GMCs) tubular epithelial (TECs) play important roles normal function glomerulus tubules, their injury involved progression DN. Although our understanding mechanisms leading to DN has substantially improved, we still need find more effective therapeutic targets. Autophagy, pyroptosis ferroptosis are programmed cell death processes that associated with inflammation closely related a variety diseases. Recently, growing number studies have reported autophagy, regulate podocytes, GECs, GMCs TECs. This review highlights contributions pyroptosis, these cells, offering potential targets for treatment. Abstract One of the key features cancer is energy metabolic reprogramming which tightly related to proliferation, invasion, metastasis, and chemotherapy resistance. NcRNAs are a class RNAs having no protein-coding potential mainly include microRNAs, lncRNAs circRNAs. Accumulated evidence has suggested that ncRNAs play an essential role in regulating reprogramming, altered networks mediated by primarily drive carcinogenesis expression enzymes transporter proteins. Importantly, accumulated research revealed dysregulated mediate contributing generation therapeutic tolerance. Elucidating molecular mechanism can provide promising metabolism-related targets for treatment as well overcome In conclusion, this review updates latest mechanisms reprogramming.

Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common form of primary liver cancer and poses a significant challenge to medical community because its high mortality rate. In recent years, ferroptosis, unique cell death, has garnered widespread attention. Ferroptosis, which characterized by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation mitochondrial alterations, closely associated with pathological processes various diseases, including hepatocellular carcinoma. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), are type functional RNA, play crucial regulatory roles in variety biological processes. this manuscript, we review lncRNAs key aspects summarize research progress on ferroptosis-related

Metabolic disorders and diabetes (DM) impact more than five hundred million individuals throughout the world are insidious in onset, chronic nature, yield significant disability death. Current therapies that address nutritional status, weight management, pharmacological options may delay but cannot alter disease course or functional organ loss, such as dementia degeneration of systemic bodily functions. Underlying these challenges onset aging associated with increased lifespan, telomere dysfunction, oxidative stress generation lead to multi-system dysfunction. These hurdles point urgent need underlying mechanisms innovative applications. New treatment strategies involve non-coding RNA pathways microRNAs (miRNAs) circular ribonucleic acids (circRNAs), Wnt signaling, Wnt1 inducible signaling pathway protein 1 (WISP1) dependent upon programmed cell death pathways, cellular metabolic AMP-activated kinase (AMPK) nicotinamide, growth factor Non-coding RNAs, AMPK cornerstone for overseeing complex offer avenues DM will necessitate continued appreciation ability each independently unison influence clinical outcome.

Abstract Exosomes, as mediators of intercellular communication, can be released from different types cells and regulate the function target cell by transferring cargo, such proteins, DNA, RNA. Recent investigations have revealed a preponderance long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), subclass RNAs, within exosomes, where they exhibit notable stability are implicated in development progression neoplastic processes, tumor angiogenesis. Angiogenesis, hallmark cancer, provides diffusible nutrients oxygen to distant guarantees tumorigenesis metastasis. Exosomal lncRNAs, including MALAT1, OIP5‐AS1, PART1, SNHG family, FAM225A, ATB, RAMP2‐AS1, UCA1, TRPM2‐AS, FGD5‐AS1, LINC0016, could modulate angiogenesis activating signaling cascades cells, microRNAs (miRNAs). Regulation through modulation exosomal lncRNAs reliable strategy for cancer therapy. In this review, we discuss characteristics biogenesis exosomes how involved various processes tumorigenesis. Our primary focus is on their impact angiogenesis, potential novel diagnostic markers therapeutic targets cancers.
