During the spread of COVID-19, nurses on front line fighting disease experienced severe psychological pressures. The ability to adapt difficult situations is an essential requirement for maintaining individuals' endurance during a crisis. This study was designed explore relationship between three outcome variables resilience, sense coherence (SOC), and perceived social support in sample Iranian COVID-19 pandemic. A cross-sectional with correlational design conducted 360 registered from six university hospitals seventh wave our society. Data collection by demographic information questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Sense Coherence (SOC-13), Multidimensional Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). results structural equation modeling (SEM) showed that had direct positive effect SOC (β = 0.498, p < 0.001), resilience 0.688, 0.001). To develop a scale for measuring nurse's perceived work environment during the public health emergencies (PHEs) and assess its reliability validity. Although there is extensive research on instruments nursing environments in regular healthcare settings, lack of specific scales tailored to address unique conditions experienced by nurses PHEs. This study employed cross-sectional design psychometric evaluation adhered Strengthening Reporting Observational Studies Epidemiology (STROBE) statement. A self-report scale, Chinese Nursing Work Environment Scale Public Health Emergencies (C-NWE-PHE), was developed, integrating situational characteristics. Data demographics, adapted scores, subjective evaluations management performance were collected from 1156 through online surveys conducted between January 2023 March 2023. Confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlations, Cronbach's alpha analyses evaluate properties scale. ABSTRACT Adherence in digital health studies with extended observation periods (≥ 12 months) is limited, and participant retention considerably reduces time. Methods cross-sectional survey 837 nurses from five hospitals in Sichuan Province, Southwest China, was conducted using convenience sampling method; this included demographic characteristics, Empowerment Scale (PES), Chinese version Spiritual Climate (C-SCS). The data were analysed one-way analysis variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis, multiple linear regression. Results sample attained score (45.49 ± 6.42) (75.25 16.75). Abstract Objectives The COVID‐19 pandemic was disruptive for trainees and may have affected career decisions some learners. This study examined the impact of on emergency medicine (EM) resident perceptions their mental health, personal safety, choice regret. Methods a cross‐sectional survey administered following 2021 American Board Emergency Medicine In‐Training Examination (ITE). Survey measures included suicidal ideation (SI), COVID concerns in terms infection prevention control (IPC) training, risk to self and/or family, COVID‐related were compared by gender race/ethnicity using Pearson's chi‐square tests. Multivariable logistic regression models used test association between SI concerns, characteristics, program characteristics. Results A total 6980 out 8491 EM residents (82.2%) from 244 programs completed survey. Only 1.1% participants reported insufficient training IPC practices.
