Burnout
is
a

physicians,

medical

resilience,

individuals
from
burnout.

limited
information
exists
on
complex
relationships
between
different
self-care

study
examined

fourth-year

questionnaires

(stress

spiritual
growth,

burnout

exhaustion,
depersonalization,
personal
accomplishment).

were
analyzed
via
IBM-SPSS
PROCESS-macro.
The
main
results
demonstrated
that
mediated
resilience
burnout:
management
relations
emotional
while
growth

accomplishment.
These
highlight
students’
encourage
behaviors,
thus
decreasing
levels
of
exhaustion

applying
