Abstract Background Heart failure is a chronic and common disorder worldwide. Patients with heart need self-care behaviors to manage their condition. Despite the importance of in positive health outcomes, many patients neglect behaviors. Therefore, present study was conducted explain patients’ experiences neglect. Methods This qualitative using conventional content analysis method. Participants included 15 failure. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews purposive sampling Sampling continued until data saturation reached. performed concurrently collection. Lincoln Guba’s four criteria used ensure trustworthiness data. management MAXQDA version 24 software. Results The results presented form main categories 10 subcategories. In analyzing study, emerged participants’ experiences: “false cultural beliefs self-care”, “weakening mental-psychological power”, “synergy physical problems”, “inappropriate support”. Conclusion pointed false self-care, weakening power, synergy problems, inappropriate support. Knowing factors that influence preventing occurrence can improve skills prevent neglect-related side effects Healthcare providers help these by developing interventions mitigate factors. It suggested future research be designed an intervention reduce effect each Trial registration has not been registered Iranian Registry Clinical Trials.

Burnout is a work-related stress syndrome with substantial consequences for patients, physicians, and medical students. Personal resilience, i.e., the ability to bounce back thrive despite challenging circumstances, certain practices, such as self-care, may protect individuals from burnout. Self-care is essential, but while professional nurses often pay attention to the health of their patients, they give little heed own well-being. The concept "self-care" not a new phenomenon; however, this study strives show importance practices in world and its benefit nursing profession. reality taking care themselves will assist them providing consistent quality patients.A qualitative approach with descriptive, phenomenological, contextual method was used study. Ten employed within different primary healthcare clinics were selected through purposeful sampling. Historically, the nursing profession focused on caring for patients, families and communities but neglected aspects of self-care. Self-care is essential nurses, as it could impact quality care nurses render to patients. This article investigated professional nurses' self-care behaviours practices in primary health clinics. The study was conducted at selected facilities (clinics) regions C D city Johannesburg, Gauteng. A cross-sectional descriptive research survey. Stratified random sampling used select respondents. demographic questionnaire, Self-Care Activities Screening Scale (SASS-14), Nature Supportive Work Environment questionnaire Home Environmental Factors (SWHEF) were combined data collection instrument this study. Descriptive inferential statistics analyse collected data. finding revealed consciousness: 86.6% alert changes their health, 75.2% constantly examined health. average nurse slept only 7-8 h every day. While 59.4% who participated seldom ate healthy foods (i.e. with less sugar, salt, fried snacks or pre-cooked food), 71.7% rarely three fruits two portions vegetables daily.
